HOME CARE SERVICES

Individualized Home Watch services that are customized for the specific need of the homeowner and their explicit period of absence. Our "The Essentials" services are designed to make owning a second home, vacation home or winter home more enjoyable and worry-free.


Main service includes:

  • Home-monitoring & inspection services
  • Problem identification
  • Problem management
  • Peace of mind

We are an extension of you and can assist in coordinating any additional services you may need such as maid services, pool & spa service, and/or pet services.
If you have existing service providers no worries,  we can also maintain communication with the service and provide service updates to you as well.


What's Included?

  • A custom QRID client dashboard (as shown in video) allowing live updates of your home &visibility to your home watch providers notes.
  • Check mailbox and bring in the mail (if applicable)
  • Check front of property for papers & items left at front door
  • Water pots on front and back patios (if applicable)
  • Inspection of landscaping to see that plants are healthy and are being maintained
  • Visual inspection of pool & spa
  • Visual inspection of the exterior of building walking entire perimeter checking windows, doors and sides of building for any potential problems
  • Check for signs of pest and insect infestation around the exterior & interior of the home.
  • Run water in all sinks, bathtubs and showers to keep traps from drying out and prevent sewer gases from entering your home. Close all drains after use
  • Check under all sinks for leaks
  • Flush and brush all toilets
  • Check air conditioning/heating for proper operation
  • Run garbage disposal to lubricate and maintain the appliance
  • Water interior plants (if applicable)
  • Check ceilings and skylights for any signs of roof leaks
  • Check hot water heater for any signs of leaks
  • Check soft water tank for salt (if applicable)
  • Change air filters
  • Start and run car(s) during inspection (if applicable)
